You can sign up for a free account on ezine to allow you to write articles related to your web page. Then at the end of your article post a link to your web page, as you would similarly on craigslist. The difference is, it won't be visible right away like craigslist, but can get you higher rankings on Google, yahoo, or msn.
How does it do that? well ezine articles website is visited hundreds of thousands of times a day, therefore Google's programs called spiders, search the content of ezine more often. Their "spiders" pick up your article with the link to your webpage and list in in their indexed pages.
A good way to pick a "niche" topic related to your webpage is to think of a long tail keyword phrase. For example, if I have a webpage related to cheap airfares, I might base my article around the keyword phrase: "how to find cheap airfares to Hawaii in the summer". Write your article with that keyword phrase embedded in the content as many times as you can logically do it. Then put the link to your web page. Within a week or two, you will probably start to get some traffic without placing ads on craigslist.
If you have the discipline to do this everyday, with a different keyword phrase, eventually your income will continue to go up.....with no monetary investment.
